Not medical advice. Mother Prep gives general information based on official guidance (NHS, Thuisarts, Voedingscentrum, RIVM). It does not replace your midwife, doctor, consultatiebureau or health visitor, and it cannot diagnose anything. When in doubt, call them. In an emergency, call 112 or your local emergency number.

The service

Mother Prep is a web app by [COMPANY NAME] (HeronUp), KvK [NUMBER], [ADDRESS], team@heronup.com. The free version can be used without an account. Pro and Premium are subscriptions sold through Whop.

Subscriptions and payment

Pro and Premium renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel any time in your Whop account; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
Right of withdrawal: you can cancel within 14 days of your first purchase and get a full refund. Email team@heronup.com or use Whop.
We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; the new price applies from your next period, and you can cancel before then.

The Mum coach (Premium)

The coach is an AI assistant, clearly labelled as such. Its answers can be incomplete or wrong. Don't rely on it for medical decisions; follow your care provider's advice and call them with red flags.

Your data

See our privacy policy. Without an account your data stays on your device; make a backup in More → Your data. We are not responsible for data lost when you clear your browser or change devices.

Fair use

Use the app for yourself and your family. Don't misuse it, copy its content to resell it, or try to break its security.

Liability

We build Mother Prep carefully, but we can't guarantee it's always available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months. This doesn't limit your rights as a consumer under Dutch and EU law.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; for important changes we'll notify you in the app. Dutch law applies. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands, without affecting your consumer rights in your own country.

Geen medisch advies. Mother Prep geeft algemene informatie op basis van officiële richtlijnen (Thuisarts, Voedingscentrum, RIVM, NHS). Het vervangt je verloskundige, huisarts of consultatiebureau niet en kan geen diagnose stellen. Bij twijfel: bel hen. Bij spoed: bel 112.

De dienst

Mother Prep is een webapp van [BEDRIJFSNAAM] (HeronUp), KvK [NUMMER], [ADRES], team@heronup.com. De gratis versie werkt zonder account. Pro en Premium zijn abonnementen via Whop.

Abonnementen en betaling

Pro en Premium verlengen automatisch per maand of jaar tot je opzegt. Opzeggen kan altijd in je Whop-account; je houdt toegang tot het einde van de betaalde periode.
Herroepingsrecht: je kunt binnen 14 dagen na je eerste aankoop opzeggen en krijgt je geld volledig terug. Mail team@heronup.com of gebruik Whop.
Prijswijzigingen melden we minstens 30 dagen vooraf; de nieuwe prijs geldt vanaf je volgende periode en je kunt daarvoor opzeggen.

De Mama-coach (Premium)

De coach is een AI-assistent en is als zodanig gemarkeerd. Antwoorden kunnen onvolledig of fout zijn. Gebruik ze niet voor medische beslissingen; volg het advies van je zorgverlener en bel hen bij alarmsignalen.

Je gegevens

Zie onze privacyverklaring. Zonder account blijven je gegevens op je apparaat; maak een back-up via Meer → Je gegevens. We zijn niet verantwoordelijk voor gegevens die verloren gaan als je je browser wist of van toestel wisselt.

Eerlijk gebruik

Gebruik de app voor jezelf en je gezin. Misbruik de app niet, kopieer de inhoud niet om door te verkopen en probeer de beveiliging niet te omzeilen.

Aansprakelijkheid

We bouwen Mother Prep zorgvuldig, maar kunnen niet garanderen dat de app altijd beschikbaar of foutloos is. Voor zover de wet dat toestaat is onze aansprakelijkheid beperkt tot wat je in de laatste 12 maanden betaalde. Dit beperkt je rechten als consument niet.

Wijzigingen en recht

We kunnen deze voorwaarden aanpassen; belangrijke wijzigingen melden we in de app. Nederlands recht is van toepassing.
